    Isen Chimera weapon Exchange

    Hi. I would like to show you how beautifully technical support work in this game. Almost 3 weeks ago i send Ticket to support. That i have Chimera Club +10 and two reinforcements Tickets+1. After one day send me message first for more info about my accound and secend that my case escalate my concern to the proper department. Ok after one day i get message that Chimera Club +12 is in my Event Inventory. Check in my account in game They delete my Chimera +10 (with full stones inside) two tickets but where is my Club +12. One more Ticket where is that Club? afrer 2 days send me message Club is in Event Inventory. YeaH and it was. So take go to NPC exchange to tali Club... and WOW "this item cannot be exchange"? Ok.. Again Ticket that they give me bugged Club. And pliss fixed that problem. Now Ater 2 weeks i still dont Have that Tali. Becouse they just simple ignore me. Forst ticket about Club+10 was 15 days ago. I waisting now 15 days my 6x7' buffs my full stones in Chimera. and how can each play. Enjoy it? So it looks nice enjoying the time? I dont thing so. realy need to thiing is it worth it spend that money and time to this robbers. I have no word as to call this approach to the case. Think themselves whether it is worth. Greet
