Bug at Arena ???

I talk to beggar to go to Arena but when i was there
no npc,
no warp,
can't even /back to town,
also can't feed pet

I'm not sure what happen or just my internet problem

I stuck in there and can't get out even try to relogin several time

but when i post this topic, npc and warp suddenly appear ... wow

Anyway, now I can get out
