Missing rps/Item mall bug.

so then I bought 2000 rps to buy heaven egg. then when I open my bank, I didn't see my item in my bank. it's really annoying actually. you need to ask Gm to put it again. so I wait 1 day after reporting this issue (usually) then still nothing in my bank. Im really confuse. usually it takes 1 day. I've waited 3 days for this. still no sign. so my money is gone, and my rps is gone. any idea ?

I got the same issue
i bought abysmal egg for 2,200 rps
and get nothing in return.
and i realize that the Abysmal egg in section "All" only have quantity doesn't have server to choose.
so, in my Purchase history, nothing recorded but my 2,200 rps gone . it just happen today , and please do something about this issue
