ID banned after playing Grabbit?

after playing grabbit 12 hours ago i got fly dragon, then i checked in my bank. and it doesn't appear. it appeared in the cash item bank. what the hell? then this morning i tried to log in. but my account is blocked? WTH is wrong? is playing grabbit and getting fly dragon is a crime? then just rollback my account. PLUS i want my RPs that i spent for grabbit back. since my account is rolled back

First of all, I'd like you to know that before making a thread you should check if someone answered another thread with the same issue as you do. This will stop having soo many threads with the same problem.

Second of all, as I've posted in other threads with the same problem, my advice to you is to send a ticket here http://ynkinteractive.com/support/in...Tickets/Submit selecting the proper departament and they will assist you from there. Make sure to give them detailed information about what happened, date, account, character and everything else.
