Some missing files on R.O.H.A.N. Blood Feud

Sometimes, when I start a new quest, the file seems missing. Do I need earlier versions of R.O.H.A.N. Blood Feud in order to get them?

I was taking a Full Story quest (I was on level 30), when I was talking to other giants at Etton, most of it was "File is Missing". When I was talking to the gatekeeper of the Temple of Gail, it was blank (this quest has me hunting down boss monsters).

Weird. Your game should have patched as needed when you first ran it. Where did you install it from?
