game crashes

When im on my character select screen I click on start then it freezes for a few seconds then it crashes.

Did you modify your SPAK files?

No. do I have to modify some files for it to work?

No. Modifying your SPAK files will sometimes cause an error. Are you playing on a Laptop? If so, try to change the power management settings to high or something similar.

im playing on a pc windows 7

Try this:

1. Locate your Seal Online system folder (C:\Program Files (x86)\SealOnline Blades of Destiny)

2. Locate the file named "version"

3. Open the file and you will see something like this :
[DEFAULT]
CUR_VERSION=XRX8fXbnbkw=

4. change the text to:
[DEFAULT]
CUR_VERSION=zkUi9BfIot4=

5. Then save and launch your Seal Online client as usual.

6. This should have your pc download the patch all over again.

its still doing the same thing =( one other thing I don't have sound during the character login screen.
