Verde 🧑 :This guide aims to provide the reader with an overview of the most important choices (and decisions flowing out of these choices)
to make while starting the Season server (this will be valid for each season start), this guide aims to provide knowledge on a higher level, meaning it will mostly review
strategy over detailed explanation (e.g., choose a class based on what you like to do in game versus. explaining how to build a specific class).

1. Choosing your Class:

Verde 🧑: Choosing your ideal class is especially important in R.O.H.A.N., yet a lot of people have difficulties to decide what to play.
I’ll try to give a comprehensive overview of what to play based on what you want to do in game:

2. Freebies:

Verde 🧑: There are various freebies available as you start your journey in Rohan. I will not go into detail about how to obtain all these freebies,
but I will give a summary here about which freebies are available.



3. Leveling up to 115+50 (farming, XP and beyond) :

Verde 🧑: As you play the Season server, you will progress quickly to higher levels, this overview aims to provide the most important places to LVL up in and farm.
It’s important to note that only the higher-level spots are mentioned here as XP in the lower LVL’s isn’t important for the season server.

4. What to buy from your Power Badges:

Verde 🧑: Badges are the core currency used in the Season Server. Badges can ONLY be obtained through charging money (1$ = 10 badges) or through
attending the Power Arena (10 badges per character per day). Do not bother to spend badges on the low-level gear or items, you won’t use these long enough to make it worth spending your badges on.
The list that follows is based on getting as much PVP % and PVE % Attack & Defense as quickly and efficiently as possible. These are the core stats (and thus items) you want to focus on for any kind of gameplay.



5. Gear Flowchart:

Verde 🧑: Topic one to five describe the core principles of choosing, levelling, and gearing up a character as efficiently and cost effective as possible,
aimed at reaching endgame content (e.g., abyss and celestial) as fast as possible. Prioritization in Rohan is very important because setting certain goals before others leads to much more efficient grinding
curve and can prevent unnecessary spending (of both crones and $). Reducing damage in PVE content should be each player’s first and only focus, if you cannot handle PVE content, you cannot level up and
gear up to progress to a high enough level and status to participate in PVP content. In the topics, the following items can be found:



6. Prioritization:

Verde 🧑: The Gear flowchart is meant as an overview of which gears to aim for, this is connected to topic 4, in which the required
PA badge items are summarized, which relates directly to creating the best possible gears. The summary below gives an overview of the most important gears:

> PVE Prioritization

1. Abyssal Chakra set (20% PVE Defense + 20% PVE Attack)
2. Abyss equipment made with the essence quests (30% PVE Defense + 30% PVE Attack)**
3. Elemental Talisman+10 (20% PVE defense)
4. Transcended Ear/Eye (10% PVE Defense + 10% PVE Attack)

*Note: Transcended shields offer 5% extra PVE defense, allowing for 85% PVE defense on shield wielding classes.
**Note: Abyss equipment made from monster drops can have up to 36% PVE defense (on a fully forged tasset), additionally,
Celestial dropped from monsters can have up go 40% PVE defense (on a fully forged tasset). Since the season server has a short duration, it’s very unlikely that players will finish these items in time.

These items add up to a total of 80% PVE defense and 60% PVE attack. An abyss weapon will have at least 50% damage drop. Together this will result in a 90% reduction in damage for PVE content.

> PVP Prioritization

1. Eva pet (45% PVP Attack)
2. Abyssal Chakra set (20% PVP Defense + 20% PVP Attack)
3. Abyss equipment made with the essence quests (30% PVP Defense + 30% PVP Attack)*
4. Count Ear/Eye (15% PVP Defense + 15% PVP Attack)*

These items add up to a total of 110% PVP defense and 65% PVP attack.

*Note: I’m aware these items also add skill defense & skill attack, this is also especially important but because I do not want to make this guide too long, I will not go into further detail about this statistic.
**Note: PVP attack reduces PVP defense and vice versa, you can’t simply state damage reduction in PVP by summing the total PVP defense a player has. There are more items which grant PVP attack/defense,
these are either very costly to obtain or provide lower percentages and are therefore omitted out of this guide for clarity.

7. Conclusions:

These are the basics any player needs to know to level and gear up efficiently, by no means is this guide an all-encompassing guide with all viable options included.
For the exact recipes, how to reinforce items or talismans, how to create gears, how to take the specific quests to level up etc. I want to refer to the already existing guides, placed on the Rohan forums.
