hi sir a couple days ago i cannot enter to rohan anymore, When I don't use VPN I don't access to the game and website, but when I use VPN, I can only access to the website.

About this Issue with the Indonesian Users:

After a detailed investigation with the affected users, we have confirmed that the connectivity issues preventing access to both the game and the website are directly related to the Internet Service Provider (ISP) INDIHOME. We completely discard any problems related to GameGuard or antivirus. Despite several adjustments to the network configuration on our end, the issue persists.

To tackle this issue we recommend temporarily the following measures:

1) Contact Your ISP (Indihome): We advise all affected users to contact Indihome directly and request them to solve the issue related to our service IP blocks: 45.58.9.0/24 and 45.58.3.0/24. Providing this information to Indihome will help them identify and address the connectivity problem more quickly.



2) Use a VPN: As a temporary solution, using a VPN can help you bypass the ISP-related restrictions and connect to the game. However, we acknowledge that some players might still experience issues even with a VPN.



3) Additional Suggestions:

Alternative ISPs: If feasible, consider switching to a different ISP that does not have these IP Blocks with our service.
Network Settings: Ensure that your router's firmware is up-to-date and that there are no additional network settings that could be causing the blockage with the Indihome Technical Service.
