SEA/ASIA player got delay-5101 issue during playtime event (IN PROGRESS ⏳)

Me and My friends from ASIA-SEA zone are usually have Delay-5101 issue and " We are living in different country so ***Different ISP*** "

So, here are my solutions that I'd like to suggest REV team
    1.Remove playtime event.
2.Decrease accumulate time for each reward to be really low.
3.Change to "Login event" and adjust it to be like Daily reward so no need to login or just remind player to login via Official Discord when the new day starts.

This is the real big problem for online video game. Connection, so many game loss so many of player and dead because the server cannot provide good enough connection to the game.

I am willing to play 1 party.
My party and my seller are fine until this "playtime event" starts and now all of my clients start to delay-5101.
And the game has no good selling feature, Player must online the game to sell via Kiosk and I know we have another one feature to sell item while we are offline, but no one use it anymore on the server.

Please fix it as soon as possible, Thanks

    Hello Rohanians!

First of all, we're sorry for the issue you're having with the game connection. As the issue seems to be intermittent or occurring during specific periods of time, further troubleshooting is required. To assist us in diagnosing the issue, please provide the following information:

    1) IGN (Name) of your character:
    2) Country:
    3) ISP Provider (Indihome/Telkomsel/Other):
    4) Your IPv4/IPv6 Adress according to this webpage: (https://whatismyipaddress.com/)
    5) Average Ping/Latency (ms) / Packet Loss:
    6) 👉 📎 Please attach your WinMTR TestFile (IMPORTANT!)

Note: To know how to obtain the WinMTR file correctly, kindly check the guide below
IMPORTANT: You need to run the test for about 5-10 minutes during the time you experience the issue (When a connection error occurs, reconnect in case you're logged out, and play for at least 5 more minutes, then click Stop in WinMTR).

Feel free to send this template to any GM available so this can be reported in time to the devs.

    (MINI-GUIDE FOR WINDOWS 10/11 USERS)

    1) Testing your Ping (Latency) and Packet Loss (Reminder)

High ping and packet loss are key metrics that influence a lot in a stable connection.

    OPENING RESOURCE MONITOR (3 METHODS)

    1) Open Resource Monitor directly from your Start Menu:

    Click the Start button.
Type "Resource Monitor" in the search box.
Select "Resource Monitor" from the search results.

    2) Open Resource Monitor directly from Run Menu:

Press Windows Key + R to open the Run dialog box.
    Type resmon and press Enter.

    iiii) Via Task Manager:

Press Ctrl+Shift+Esc to open Task Manager -> "Performance" tab -> Open Resource Monitor:

    CHECKING LATENCY & PACKET LOSS

In Resource Monitor, go to the "Network" tab, and check on rohanclient.exe. Next, focus on the "Latency (ms)" and the Packet Loss (%).

Note: In case you're using the optimized version please checkmark the rohanclient_opt in the Task Manager. (1 check for every client)

    ESTIMATED PING VALUES

    👉 Asia to REV Server
East Asia (Japan, China, South Korea): 150-250 ms
Southeast Asia (Singapore, Philippines, Indonesia): 200-300 ms

    Europe to REV Server
Western Europe (UK, Netherlands, Germany, France): 150-200 ms
Southern Europe (Italy, Spain): 120-200 ms

In case of High Ping (Latency):
If your ping is consistently above 300-400ms (high), you might try one of the measures indicated on this guide but send us your information anyway: http://forum.playrohan.com/forum/sho...#axzz8dMySjjtk

    If you notice packet loss:
(e.g., 4% packet loss), this can lead to disconnections. To address this:
-> Check your router's health and ensure there are no physical cable issues.
-> Consider a high bandwidth Ethernet connection for greater stability.
-> Contact your Internet Service Provider (ISP) Technical Service to investigate and resolve the packet loss issue.

    2) Using WinMTR:

WinMTR Test Tutorial for REV: https://imgur.com/a/r-o-h-n-connecti...-guide-Mj0H2DO

    * Running a WinMTR test will give us detailed information about your connection route to our servers. What we want to determine is whether the ISP has a bad route, or their peering point is unhealthy. The data you provide will help us identify if there are any problematic points along the connection path that might be causing delays or disconnections.

    Final NoteS
    > Some players have found success using programs like ExitLag or WTFast, which reroute packets along a more optimal path for the game instead of the route their ISP uses. While these programs can be helpful, we know they are not available to everyone for various reasons, so let's make sure we validate the previous troubleshooting steps correctly first.
    > We inform you that your playtime event suggestions are being analzyed by the GMTeam. It's currently being discussed, any decision made regarding this issue should be announced to all the players through our Facebook page and Forum.

We appreciate your cooperation and understanding as we work to provide a stable and enjoyable gaming experience for all R.O.H.A.N. players,

    Best regards,
