Does Skill damage reduction on the armor apply to pvp anywhere or just in the arena?

The warlock like the wizard is extremely dependent on his shield.
So what they've done to locks isn't balancing, it just made them greatly...

No one ever says anything about what was done to the warlock.
Taking away his shield and leaving the wizard's one, what's that?

Plain and simple drops were never able to make you compete with cash shop players as they enjoyed similar advantages in the past.

Remember forge/refine rates were increased twice a week in the past.
