Dex has higher accuracy - (this is how Archers hit a lot in PA)
AGI has more evasion - ( this why they can COMBO much with those crits)

Does Evasion affect the ACCURACY of the characters on PVP...???

I mean if Evasion is higher than Accuracy you miss right???

First fix is the Buffing others becomes self buffs only... if 4.0 items are released what will happen on not normal stats and damages? Since the game is broken :D i love to buy one :D
