For the record - no, you can't. You can turn it on, but if there is no sword or dagger in your main hand then the effects of Crazy Standing do not apply (except for the root).

It is not like OS, it is pretty much a regular buff now. Cool-down is 610 sec, at level 7 it lasts for 600 sec, so quite similar to Evolve.
