Returning after a while. Game doesn't start

Hello there!

So this was supposed to be my triumphant return to the game after almost 5 long years, but it seems that the game doesn't want me back. What can I say, it's a hard game to stay away from...

I downloaded the newest client, installed it, and then fired it up, but after it finished loading, and I press Start in the Loader, it gave me the following error:

I tried re-installing it, followed every step of this troubleshooter, but I still got the same error.

Is there a kind soul who knows how to solve this issue?

try redownloading the client

maybe your virus scanner has it blocked too so try putting the game as an exception
