[BUG] Ice Crystal Quest

Hi All,

I have been confused with 2 sources that says:

1. Ice Crystal Quest is do able until fame reached 38,867 (Some old seal online forum)

2. Ice Crystal Quest is do able below Lv. 80 (Seal online Wiki)

From what I try in game so far, Source# 2 seems to be correct.

Please confirm this with me guys, this would help New Players too in the future.

Both sources are correct. You just have to be level 63-80 and spam the Ice Crystal quest until you are (Recruit)

As long as the level of your character is 63 and under level 70, you are able to do the Ice Crystal Quest until you reach Recruit fame.
