Hello Shiltizens,
First of all, we want to thank you all for your patience while we were dealing with the issue of DDOS attacks suffered the past few weeks.
As you may know, last October 30th we had an emergency maintenance in order to keep preventing the attacks.
We have been working hard to prevent the responsible to keep attacking the server. So far, we have the situation controlled and deeply apologize for the disconnections and any inconvenience that this issue could have caused to you.
We want you all to enjoy the game with the best service possible. For that, we always appreciate your tickets and feedbacks in order for us to keep listening to the community needs.
We understand that this kind of issue is very annoying and affects your game play, but know that we will always care about our beloved players and we WILL always work against any possible issue or person that wants to harm this community that after so many years, keep supporting the game you love.
So, let’s move forward since we have many important news for this month! A new big update is coming very soon. We will be sharing more details about the work process on next week.
As for now, enjoy 100% Drop and 50% Exp for the weekend! (available from Nov 2nd 19:00 PDT ~ Nov 06th before maintenance)
Also, for all the players that got affected by disconnections during the past weeks will be compensated with the following rewards on next Nov 6th, maintenance:
