If you select the character sealed, you can use some of R.O.H.A.N.'s Special services: (1), (2) and (3).
For (4) & (5) you don't need to seal your character.

How to seal my character?

1) Log in to the desired character you would like to seal.
2) Move all crones from your character into your storage(bank).
3) Unequip your main weapon and offhand.
4) Make sure you have extra inventory space if you are race-changing / gender-swapping.
5) Go to the Character Selection Screen.
6) Select the character you wish to seal and select the seal button at the bottom right of your screen.

Note:
*The sealed character cannot run the game, and the game can only be played when the seal is released through the website.

Change Character Gender:

How do I change my gender?

You can change your Character's gender by going through the following steps:

1) Head on over to our website and login at https://rev.playrohan.com/

2) In the drop down menu at the top of the page, select *MALL* then special service.

3) On the Special Services page select Character service.

4) Select the *USE* button in the Change character gender box.

5) When the page loads, scroll down to the bottom of the page and select * Character gender Change Request*.

6) Another option will pop at the bottom of the page. From here you will need to select your server and the character you sealed to change to the desired gender.

7) Hit confirm and you would have swapped the character gender.

8) In order to unseal the character, go to the sealed list and hit unseal.

9) Log into the game and you will see the character with the new gender you chose and unsealed.

How do I change my race?

You can change your Character's gender by going through the following steps:

1) Head on over to our website and login at https://rev.playrohan.com/ItemMall/SpecialServices

2) In the drop down menu at the top of the page, select *MALL* then special service.

6) Another option will pop at the bottom of the page. From here you will need to select your server and the character you sealed to change to the desired gender.

7) Hit confirm and you would have swapped the character race.

8) In order to unseal the character, go to the sealed list and hit unseal.

9) Log into the game and you will see the character with the new gender you chose and unsealed.

Notes on changing the character race

• This additional service can only be used by characters of level 70 or higher.
• In the case of Dhan and Dekan in Assassination mode, it is not possible to change the race.
• All quests in progress, completed quests, and skills in which skill points have been invested will be reset. (Including skill enhancement stones/ ancient skill enhancement stones)
• Stat points are reset and skill points are preserved according to level up.
• The level before the character change is maintained.
• The job that the character had is reset.
• Changes cannot be made again for 15 days from the time the character's race change is completed.
• When changing a character's race, it is changed to the basic character of the race and gender to be changed.
• The worn item does not change, only the race.
• Make sure to transfer all your crones from your inventory to the bank in order to seal your character.

Change Character Name:

What is change character's name?

This service allows you to change the name of any character.

How do I change my character's name?

You can change your character's name by going through the following steps:

1) Log into game and head on over to the item mall.

2) When the Item mall Ui comes up, type into the search option Change Character Name and you should see the following:

3) Select the item and enter your information for purchase.

4) After you have purchased your ticket. Go to your Merged inventory and place the ticket into the character's inventory of whose name you would like to change.

5) Finally, head on over to our support platform and send a ticket with the title Special Service Name Change and you must indicate in the text body the character name that you are trying to change and the new name you wish to change it to.

KEY NOTE: The chosen name must comply with the Naming Policies.

6) Send the ticket and wait for a GM to process your request. When the service has been done you will receive an email confirming the request.

Important notes:

a)This will not delete your Friendlist or Vengelist.

b)The blocklist is also updated, if you have been blocked by someone they will be able to see your new nickname in the blocklist.

c)Once this request is processed the ticket will be removed and it won't be possible to request a refund.

d) Log into the game and show off your new character name!

Please note that to proceed with this request, you must confirm your account information (the player will need to demonstrate that he's the owner of the account by providing the information when the account was created).

Item Transfer Ticket :

What is Item Transfer Ticket?

This option let's you transfer items from our inventory to your Event Inventory.

Important notes :
->This service is not to transfer items from one character to another.
-> The Event Inventory is specific for the character's not for the account.

How do I use the Item Transfer Ticket?

You can use the Item Transfer Ticket by going through the following steps:

1) Log into game and head on over to the item mall.

2) When the Item mall Ui comes up, type into the search option Item Transfer and you should see the following:

3) Select the Ticket and enter your information for purchase.

4) After you have purchased your ticket. Go to your Merged inventory and place the ticket into the character's inventory.

5) Finally, head on over to our support platform and send a ticket with title Item Transfer Special Service Ticket and you must indicate in the text body the items you are trying to move to your event inventory.

Important note: There are some restrictions on the items that can be sent to the Event Inventory.

- No Items with Stats
- No Unsealed Talismans
- No Time limit items used
- No Unsealed items
- No EXP Pouches
- No Exclusive Tournament Rewards
- No Titles

Also, some items that GM considers not available for this service.

6) Send a ticket to our support platform and wait for a GM to process your request. When the service has been done you will receive an email indicating so.

Transcendence Stat service

How to use transcendence stat service

Select the character whose race you want to change transcendence stat on the character seal list and select the Transcendence Stat menu.
When the transcendence stat is completed, the transcend stats changed in real-time and can be used after the seal is released.

Notes on transcendence stat service

• The character must be transcended.
• Player cannot choose the same stat.
• Player cannot swap two stats with the same values.

Rohanians now will be able to choose 2 Transcendended stats and swap their values, for example:

Before:
Trans STR : 130
Trans VIT: 100

If we use the service and choose these stats after the service is done we will have:

After:
Trans STR: 100
Trans VIT: 130
