Do daggers have higher innate critical % to attacks compared to other weapons?

Do daggers have higher innate critical % to attacks compared to other weapons? Or it has same 5% with other weapons?

same crit, but daggers can't ''miss'' so technically you have more crit chance due to hitting more of your hits than other weapons (e.g. xbow/bow/katar etc)
