GMs I GOT PANIC LAST TIME I LOG IN THIS ACCOUNT IT SAYS ACCOUNT NOT REGESTERED! ITS MY 1ST TIME SEEING THAT ERROR IF ITS AN ERROR. I PLAY THIS ACCOUNT FOR 2 YEARS NOW. NOW I LOG IN AND ITS O.K. I WONDER WHAT IS THE PROBLEM THAT TIME WHEN I WAS'NT ABLE TO LOG IN?
If you've been playing it before and you're using newest game client, you are not playing from any region such as Korea, then it's more likely the account has been banned and/or is under investigation.
Either case, send a ticket (use SUPPORT button at top of the screen) and await your answer - the more you spam the ticket the longer it takes.
No tickets are processed during weekends and bank holidays.
Perhaps rather than SHOUTING in the forums you might consider asking them in a SUPPORT TICKET.Quote:
