[Update] New Pet smelt and dismantle system

Hi Shiltzians!

Now we have one more way to upgrade our beloved and loyal pets to make them even stronger!!

The new Pet Refiner NPC has been added today and with her the new .G refined pets.

To refine our pets first we'll have to obtain Pet Souls by giving your pets to the Pet Refiner.

After obtaining the Pet Souls we will be able to refine our pets using lower grade pets from the same egg type

One advantage that this mechanic has is that the pet that you want to refine won't get destroyed completely if the refine fails. It will only lose a couple of levels.
