Helo i play Str knight, can u tell me which one i should choose - Sudden Death or Blood Effect. Is it sudden ddeath work properly? how about pvp which one is better? Please tell me.

Both are great for STR DK but there's a problem in pvp where you'll be one shoted by everyone and Dffs wont work at its max. If you're still planing on continuing playing STR DK i would say having both is a must. Sudden Death works like an empower and Blood Effect works as a Crit aura. Use Blood Effect when you are using your combo, Sleep, Blood Efect, Stun, Atk Spd, Stun and if target hasn't died use Sudden Death to make more damage on target when Atk Spd buff has expired ofc. Ffs is useful to finish your atk combo if the target is trying to run and you're out of melee range.
I'm almost sure you'll have a hard time playing STR DK with everyone running on Upgds, i wish you GL :l
