Is something wrong with Artisan's Gem refine rate? I have failed to +7 2 pieces of my equips at least 6/7 times, in different area. And it's really pissing me off that my Artisan with max Secret Method fails so much on just +7.

Is something wrong with Artisan's Gem refine rate? I have failed to +7 2 pieces of my equips at least 6/7 times, in different area. And it's really pissing me off that my Artisan with max Secret Method fails so much on just +7.
Artisan with maxed Secret Method only adds 10% chance. So it's still pretty low.
