How to forge (+) for Opariel weapon ??

I need to forge / add (+) for my Opariel xbow ?
Pls advise me to forge safety ( no destroy item 100%).

And to increase (+) for your Opaniel xBow it goes the same way, for which you need of: Weapon Reinforcement Stone VI and Enhancement Abradant Once you can find them to Item Mall the section Crafting and Gathering.
