R.O.H.A.N.: Eternal Vengeance Naming Policy

Greetings Rohanians!

The Naming Policy applies to the following naming options in R.O.H.A.N.: Eternal Vengeance:

· Character Names
· Guild Names
· Forum Names

Original names are desired, but all naming options in R.O.H.A.N. will be subject to the following Policies and cannot have:

I. Character names cannot have any special characters. ( [] brackets are forbidden )

II. Vile, profane, rude or racist names including common swear words, anatomical references, racial slurs, homonyms of these words, Homophobic or xenophobic references or remarks.

III. Names of religious, occult or significant historic origin (e.g. Jesus, Allah, Satan, Stalin).

IV. Names chosen with the intent to impersonate a representative of Playwith staff.

V. Intentional phonetic misspellings which appear similar to any of the aforementioned inappropriate names.

VI. Names that are just gibberish (e.g. Xasfgh, Asdf, LKHGH)

VII. Names must be at least 4 letters in length and may not contain spaces.

VIII. Names that include direct attacks/insults on other players.

Names found to violate any of the above policies will be changed to a random name immediately and without notice upon being discovered by our Customer Service or GM Team, no matter when the name was created. Disciplinary action may be required, depending on the severity of the violation. Repeated attempts at violating the above policies will also result in further disciplinary actions taken on the account. If the player would like to rename the character to one of their choosing, they may do so through the special services at the trading center.

Disciplinary action may include but is not limited to:
· Account Warnings
· Account Suspension
· Account Cancellation

If a guild name is in violation of our Naming Policy, the guild may be disbanded, deleted, or renamed depending on the severity of the infraction. Any and all information associated with the inappropriate guild name will be lost and not recoverable. Any additional disciplinary action that is required (as stated above) may be applied to the Guild Creator. There will be no reimbursements made for any items, structures, credits, skills, or any other game related issue directly related to the character name being changed for the above violations. Playwith employees have the FINAL say on all name changes.

Playwith reserves the right to change this Policy at any time by notifying registered users via e-mail of the existence of a new Policy and/or posting the new Policy on the Playwith sites. All changes to the Policy will be effective when posted, and your continued use of any Playwith site or service after the posting will constitute your acceptance of, and agreement to be bound by, those changes.
