I tried to reinstall and turn off my firewall, didn't fix.

Hello,
If you're using Windows 10, check your windows defender threat history. The windows defender falsely marked the SO3DPlus.exe as a trojan so make sure to allow that file and restore it.
The same as any other OS, if you are using antivirus, check your quarantined files on your AV and make sure to allow the SO3DPlus.exe
