Third Chakra to Chakra of Authority and Verdict

Please I would like to know what happen to ring enhancement when you want make Chakra of athority from Third chakra. You need pendants +12, that means rings enahancement wont drop to +0 or it always drop to +0?

once you reached the 3th chakra tier as stage your reinforcement level will remain when you go to Authority & Verdict. It's like you ''transcend'' your ring.
