my equip and item is gone when the server rollback at 8th June 2020 about 08:30 PDT,

i'm already send the ticket ad 8th June 2020 08:43 PDT,, and the GM Mellias already respond the ticker at 9t June 2020 19:50 PDT,,

But until i make this thread,, there isn't a respond again about the investigation and it has passed 24 hours,,,

is it gonna take 24 hours more or even take 24 days ?????

i already lost my equip and item about 3 days and there is no clarity and certainty from the GM about my case,,,
