I didn't get My Rascapoly Prize

Hi,
I recently bought some baloons to try a Rascapoly on Seal BOD
and I already use 5 of it

But once i clicked push push push, and get some of the prizes
i found out that my prize is not in the item cash,

can someone help me?

First of all , i apologize for replying so late. But from now on , i will be taking care of the Seal Forums.
And as luke mentioned is his reply. It's ok, some prizes are sent by mail, some others go to your item bank or your cash inventory.
