Hi sir im new in the game

So heres the bug i take the quest of ivan 5 gold coin and 5 silver but when i exchange it. it didnt even give me a chest

I relog now 4x still gm no chest on my inven. and it take 4 gold 4 silver not the 5 gold and 5 silver
