Hey Denim! This is a known issue that can be easily fixed by reading the thread below:

If the new rohanclient.exe file doesn't do the trick for you, it might be an issue with the crones currently sitting in your account. In that case send a support ticket with your account ID, make your ticket ID known in this thread and we'll see what can be done. It's normally an easy fix.
