Will partying with a high VIP player increase the stats of a Ferken? I know that the stats are completely random, but will a VIP make sure the stats are high? Like would I for example roll a 120 str instead of 40 str on an item?

Will partying with a high VIP player increase the stats of a Ferken? I know that the stats are completely random, but will a VIP make sure the stats are high? Like would I for example roll a 120 str instead of 40 str on an item?
Also hoping for a concrete answer for this as well as anything else, Ferken armor pieces, ancient accessories, even just the armor merchant ( maybe just start throwing money at him until he gives me the correct armor piece? or does merchant even roll 30stat!? )
or are we to believe VIP is for items dropped only.
