I was lvling in upper with my giant and i get dc i log again and my account keep on i disconnect it and log again and i get dc again when i connect i in Montt with nothing all my items dissapear i dont know how the person enter in my account i lose my set, my rings, my crones, my weapon all please help check the ip was connect in my account GM PLS

It's not a bug. Looks to me like somebody logging in with your id and pass.
Sux to be you because PWi won't do anything in that case.
I never get my account anybody
