Problems in my Rumir is normal i think

I have one Rumir lvl 89 i transmute one staff valetinuos psy in her arrendal and my rumir give much resist,before i transmuted this not happen,i can't understand why this happend psy is useeles for all?Inteligence give Magic Atack and Magic Defense (few points) and psy just give Mana and Magic Defense just when i buff Arrendal Mastery my Magic Atack increases,i find this an injustice

This can be solved or I simply transmute something from magic atack on my arrendal
