Dear Shiltizens,

We bring a new campaign to punish the users that are making use of third-party programs in the game.

We are currently working on protect and provide a good experience to our players, this campaign is part of a movement to make the game enjoyable for everyone.

We have taken actions against 50 high level accounts that have been abusing of this tools.

Please know, if you are also an user of this kind of programs but you have not been banned this time, does not mean that you are not under watchlist. We are still investigating over several accounts that we will keep taking actions on.

The ban period is going from 7, 15, 30, to 60 days and permanent bans depending on the ban history and the gravity of the actions.


We advise you to stay away of this kind of activity, since if you already have a serious ban history, this can lead your account to a permanent suspension.
