Hello,
For a week now I've been having issues with my second account in which its not allowing me to login or change the password associated with the account. I have created a ticket but its taking longer than it should. I have not received an explanation of what the issue is, all I'm getting is provide this info provide that info on the support section. Could someone please explain what is going on.
