Disconnect to server

Hi,

For your kind assistance please.

I'm Playing Rohan Mobile, every now and then I get disconnected to the game

please see attached file.

What would be the problem?

My brother who play the same game under same internet connection didn't get any trouble. i have a friend on Dubai who get the same problem.

" Failed to connect the server. Restarting the game"

Then it keeps on saying the same problem.
