A Collection Of Guides
Hey everybody!
I've gone through a lot of the guides posted and here are a bunch of very useful ones that I have located. They range from class build advice to a few regarding systems.
I am looking into having a guild writing contest in the next month or two so once that is finished this post will be updated with more information and updated guides and info. Also, if you guys find any other awesome guides, have the writer post a copy of it in this section as well as the tips and guides section!
Here they are!

Lets see......
Defender guide is terrible. And was made by a nonfactor
Guardian guide not updated with latest content.
Ranger guide is debatable some people would say its wrong. And was made by a nonfactor
Avenger guide is outdated does not include latest content. (And was made by a nonfactor)
Predator "Guide" isnt even a guide.
Dekan guide is outdated does not include latest content. (Also to point out the creator is a nonfactor)
Berserker tree is absolutely retarded and it was made by GNYU. (Also is outdated)
You tried your best euthen but you are missing the point. You have an event which revolves around guide writing *Cough* Elemental Scrolls *Cough*
You also have a bunch of guides that you would like to have but are outdated and made by idiots (in most cases)
so why not kill 2 birds with one stone make a guide writing contest for All classes up to date with the latest information and give ppl something. Because you know you cant turn back on your word and the community is getting fed up with you trying to sweep those events under the rug.

Actually the build of the predator is explained throughout the thread - which is sort of a guide after all.
A guide is something to give guidance, not exactly something you NEED to follow step for step. people still can read and think for themselves. Outdated guides are not necessarily bad guides - the basics are still there - most of the skills still apply. A guide is always written from the view of its writer. Sometimes they include several point of views but never will there be guides _everyone_ agrees with.
People should use guides as to follow the red line throughout it - to grasp an idea of how things work. With those given information they should above all, still make their own builds and apply skillpoints at personal preference.
Calling people non-factors just because you didn't write it is an invalid argument. Yurneroo's guide has been around since ages, was even on the old forums and it really is a good guide for any str or int dekan out there. Granted outdated due twins and accessory's are mostly left out but it still applies.
The agility guide may be outdated, the skillbuild still applies and is not bad at all. There are always skills one would do differently, yet even so - the guide being made by a by-you-called nonfactor does not make it worse or better than a guide made by anyone else who would just have written about the same thing. Chirohan had enough knowledge about agi dhans.
EVERYTHING is outdated the moment it's written down.
Nobody holds you from re-writing and/or updating the guides if you are so worried that people will use these "wrongly". But let me guess, that'll only happen when there's a reward to it, no?
p.s.: you forgot to mention that the wizard-guide is outdated.
p.m.s.: making it a contest will mean many ppl will write "guides" and i hate to mention this, but this will also mean "nonfactors" will write guides as well with the possibility of "winning" the contests. Which will then result in further forum-rage, namecalling, nonfactor accusations, some extra hatred towards YNK and more of that nonsense.
P.S.: your post is outdated.
