Top Up RP Error

I tried topping up my RP and couldn't find any difference with my RP before and after. I tried topping up again and still no difference. The transaction isn't stated at the "RP History" page, but PayPal confirms and emails me the transaction. Please help.

If it's your first time purchasing it with paypal, you have to wait 48 hours until you get your RPS.
