Transcendence Fixed Stats from NPC Bella no limit?

Hello I have a question hope somebody can help, I know maybe I should send ticket to GM, but I thought GM here has less idea than the players(although they are the one doing the update) CMIIW, so here goes.

It's about the Transcended Stats that we can get(or buy using crones and SP) from NPC Bella, which then we will get 15 stats that will randomly distributed to each status(we can reset the distribution with the price of 1 Victory Badge)

Now my question is, how many times we can keep doing that?

Is there any limitation or as long as we have enough crones and SP we can keep buying and buying and get that 15 stats?
