Stuck at Tirbing Maker at Gardel Receipt. plz read this ASAP

all the side quest like :

- Aesa wish
- Syllable Card
- Silvein Fortune
- Boy named Sate

Already i've complete that quest.

but Shezinie still talk "Someday, you will get someone's [Mark]. Comeback after you get it. That will prove to me that you are a trustworthly person.

what a proof? what else i can proof? it is annoying or i still haven't do another side quest? it's that a bug or something so i can't send the Gardel Receipt to proof her?
