When i talk to Jack he didnt give me the "militia entrance exam" quest, but he said: "what are u doing in the middle of a quest" which is told after taking the quest, this makes me stuck on 4hero quest.. Please Help me Fix the bug

dear admin there an error in refining G using G(9). it happen when I refine my devil bean shooter.DG[A]+7 to XG I suddenly get disconnect from server. it happen several times. please fix this problem. thankyou.
I think you can try to contact them just by submitting a ticket via support.
