When you wake up? omg

I don't really know if you can wake up and you will see how hard the Isen server goes in time to PA, its always heavy in PA time and you don't see the need to do more fking PA in 24 hours!!!
Now you have many players but don't put your mind in your head to listen to what players are saying and at least once to make changes at the request of your players.
And of course we don't need fking PA badge to make pvp so boring. Why you don't want to understand at least once?
I got disconnected twice as long as pa and I lost 2 pa because of this because the server is too full!!!
Plus there are a lot of people who abuse Pa and come in with 10 alts for tickets, when will you take action in this regard? when this game becomes less abusive?
