I cannot seal my characters

everytime i try to seal my characters it says "You cannot seal with Items in Auction" BUT NOBODY USE AUCTION HOUSE OR CONSIGMENT SHOP so what is the problem here? can anbody help me?

You need to clean your char of items, only without items in action you can to send your char on Exchange market Web. So be sure that your char have't items in bag or in use.

its totally clean no items no money no nothing its clean at all

Here you can send a ticket with your problem and they'll fixed it.

Seen that myself. It's a bugged char that can only be fixed by support.
