I need help with the 100% xp ticket

So i got to lv 21 and went to the newbie helper....to get the 100% xp ticket.i clicked the newbie helper and accepted....quest completed.when i tried entering my inventory....there was no ticket...no talisman
can u guys help me?or the developers?pls.

You have to delete the one from the tutorial first before you accept the newbie helper tali. Try relogging completely after deleting the tutorial one (not just char select) and try accepting from the helper again.
