I am having issues with item mall with the JC planet account.. I cant buy golden keys nor can I play grabbit. It also shows that I have 0 in my balance whilst I have more.
Just want to actually use the item mall thats all. Anybody? :(

As far as I know, it is not possible as they are 2 different domain.
If it's your first time charging RPS, you'd need to wait 48 hours before the amount you've purchased can be seen in your account. If that isn't the case, I suggest submitting a ticket to PlayRohan.
