GameMaster being unfair banned player

This GM now is so unfair. The reason they banned is about illegal activities, even if the player didn't do anything. After they reply the ticket 1 time, then they will neglect the ticket for long time. And said that the player is disrespect. How come player being disrespect when GM act so disrespect to player too? 1 month is not a short time to wait GM to reply the ticket.

You can contact them via Support. I'm pretty sure that they have a good reason and evidence to do that.
