Need resolution assistance

I was really hoping with the changes that this would no longer be an issue, my monitor is set to 1920 x 1080 and when I set the game to the same resolution I get the offscreen pointer issues just like rbf.. so what can I do to fix this situation? Someone please help..

Try 1st at windown 10xx and game too same with window desktop resolution;) with game is fullscreen, if dual log just use alt tab;)
