Please be informed that deleted character information current policy is being modified.
Before, Seal Online has kept deleted character information 3 days after the grace period to prevent impersonation fraud through characters created with the same name as deleted characters. So that it could be recovered due to unavoidable reasons.

If the information of the deleted character is accumulated and stored for a long period of time, it may give an excessive load to the game, so we notify the deletion character information storage plan.

The character information to be removed is data up to 00:00 on January 1, 2021, and information on characters deleted this year will not be removed.

The removal work will be carried out during the regular maintenance on August 24th (next Tuesday), and in order to reduce the overload in the game, the information of the deleted character will be stored for 30 days based on the character deletion date and time. Then, it will be removed.

In addition, when the removal of deleted character information is in progress, we will take measures so that only the character names deleted before 00:00 on January 1, 2021 can be reused.
