X Marks on equipment and weapons?

Hi, I just returned to this game after several months, however I observed that in some of my equipment and weapons have red x marks on it.

What are those red x marks mean?

Can I still use those?

Suspicious :D it mean that item have req and you can not use it right now haha like level req or stat reQ... or ETC :)

It means you are not allowed to use the equipment. Either your level or stats are not enough or you're not the right race to equip the item.
