Rumir Rotation/build?

been trying out Rumir and a lot of the skills sound very similar and the skilsl aren't very self explanatory. if anyone can help me out with when to use certain skills and maby a skill build would be much appreciated.

do you use dark side force? not sure how to set this class up properly on hk I tend to just use all buffs as they come available and not use DSF but probrbly wrong.
