Here is the reason:
If hosted here, PlayWith Interactive has to pay for the uploading bandwidth.
When hosted in file sharing companies, they don't have to pay for bandwidth.
It is all about dollars and cents.
FYI: It would move no faster coming form here than a specialized file sharing system.
In fact it would be a LOT slower because the forum server is tuned for handling a medium bandwidth using smaller messages.
File sharing servers are tuned for moving many gigabytes of data per minute.
